We are lov­ing our new home. Aneleise & Suzette were both fan­tas­tic to work with, going the extra mile to make sure we had any ques­tions answered quick­ly. Every­thing seemed to flow smooth­ly with lit­tle to no issues. The only sug­ges­tion I would have is hav­ing writ­ten instruc­tions (as we did not receive any) on the sprin­klers and get­ting the lines win­ter­ized. Over­all we enjoyed the whole process and had pos­i­tive inter­ac­tions with all we came in con­tact with at Alpine Homes.

I have been told from many peo­ple that build­ing a home is the most stress­ful thing that you could ever go through and that most home builders are hard to work with, that is not true with Alpine. My expe­ri­ence with them was noth­ing short than awe­some. the peo­ple they have work­ing for this com­pa­ny are very under­stand­ing, fun, intel­li­gent and patient. My hus­band and I moved into our home just over two months ago and have loved every minute of it. We fell in love with the mod­el home the first day we walked through. Through­out the entire process of build­ing, my hus­band and I felt like Alpine Homes was there for us every step of the way. Aneleise and Suzette were excel­lent to work with. We even received calls from them updat­ing us on our home. Both women have hearts of gold and tru­ly care about mak­ing it a pos­i­tive expe­ri­ence. My hus­band and I tried to vis­it and check the progress of things when we could. Jor­dan and Dave, the Project Man­agers, always made sure to take the time to answer any ques­tions we had on our home. They both are extreme­ly kind and hard work­ing men who made sure things were done right. When it came time to choose our inte­ri­or of our home, Hilary, was won­der­ful to work with. She has such a fun per­son­al­i­ty and helped us pick the per­fect col­ors. My hus­band and I are still amazed our home turned out so beau­ti­ful. We have rec­om­mend­ed build­ing through Alpine Homes not only to our friends, but our fam­i­ly as well. Our fam­i­ly is so Hap­py to be in our dream home. If we ever grew out of our home we would def­i­nite­ly build through Alpine Homes again.

The home I just moved into is exact­ly how I hoped it would be, with a few extras! I love the atten­tion to detail, and feel like Alpine real­ly cares about their home buy­ers. It is a lit­tle ear­ly for a qual­i­ty review, but so far we have real­ly enjoyed our expe­ri­ence with Alpine Homes and all of their employ­ees and we are lov­ing our home! Recent­ly pur­chased an Alpine home and the entire process has been very pleas­ant. The builders have been trans­par­ent when minor issues arose, and were very quick to fix them. Through­out the process I felt like my voice was heard and the Alpine team (includ­ing the real­tor, Jonathan) were very help­ful and accom­mo­dat­ing. Would high­ly rec­om­mend them to future home buyers.
